Can't say enough positive about Jason. As anyone who has moved knows, finding where to live is a daunting task. Doing that from halfway around the world adds next-level challenges, and having Jason to help us find the right location and right home for our family was a tremendous benefit. He went above and beyond to check out properties for us, keeping us posted and sending video walkthroughs when we couldn't be there to see for ourselves. He was thorough and detail oriented, focusing on aspects that we would have probably overlooked and making sure they came to our attention. Honestly we could not have done it without him and his diligence and hard work. Cannot recommend him enough!

My wife found a video of Jason's on YouTube about living in the Norfolk area. I took a chance and reached out to him, and having a Navy Vet helping out a Navy sailor for a first-time home purchase was a DREAM. He was very thorough and helpful every step of the way, even when I had to unfortunately get something done with him on weekends. He got me in touch with the right lender, the right inspector, and even the right handyman to make the few final minor fixes we need to make this home what we want it to be. Can't recommend enough!

I cannot say enough great things about Jason Edwards. If I could give him a higher review than 5 stars I would. I was introduced to Jason, telling me that he would have my best interests at heart. He reached out to me when I was still living several states away and got to know the particulars to what I was looking for in the Hampton Roads area and the areas I was interested in. I provided my pre approval letter from my bank and scheduled a visit to the area. We set up several appointments for showings and he really paid attention to things I pointed out (windows, HVAC age etc to name just a few). Unfortunately in that visit there was nothing that was exactly what I was looking for but our journey did not end there. He sent me new listings daily (I also did a nightly search on my own), and if I was interested in something he would schedule a virtual visit pointing out things that were important to me etc. On a Thursday night I found a perfect listing that was exactly what I needed. He went through it on a Friday morning and I was on pins and needles waiting to see his video walkthrough. Needless to say I put in an offer that afternoon. I had to wait until Monday to find out if they were going to accept it and they did. Jason made the whole search painless and his knowledge of the area and the VA funding process is above and beyond. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs his services whether it was for buying or selling.
